For me this MarktRock would be something special. In 2001 i met my Italian wife in the old chatroom of the official Texas-site. Now,years after,for her will be the first time she would see Texas. For me would be wondering how it would be since the last time I saw Sharleen.

Early we left home to be for sure on time to meet the other "T-E-X-A-N-S" near the trainstation. The first ones we saw,were Mailla and SharleenRocks. Mailla was having a delicious Belgian frites-lunch Then arrived others as Mieke..... Dirkie called he was already near the "oude markt" and so we moved overthere. There we met Dirkie, his wife, Muldr4scly,....... We decided to go early near the stage.......coz of this, we didn't have to pay entrance :-)

Soon arrived more "T-E-X-A-N-S" as Sharleenlove,Bigbadbull, Miss t-time, Pix and others......... It was nice to meet all of us and discover who is who, we see every day on the board. Time was goiing well and once the programme started, it went more quick as well. The performance of The Human League, brought the 80's feeling back to the people (and most of all to Dirkie and me coz we felt again our teenager-period )
We all started to get nervous coz Sharleen was coming near.... Mailla as well was getting excited.




Suddenly it started to rain and Dirkie looked a bit worried but it wouldn't give us a sad feeling.
The first row was a "T-E-X-A-N"-row...........







Once "T-E-X-A-S" appeared, we all get crazy, jumping, screaming, sooooooooo excited to see back Sharleen.

After beiing satisfied of the performance, we went to have a last drink.
Then it was time to say goodbye to each other.
I hope Muldr4scly get dry feet,coz seemed the rain found a way through the shoes to reach her feet

Thx to the "T-E-X-A-N-S" for this special day and that Dirkie's dream came out for a bit.
Looking out for the next meeting.

The day after, I was close up on the national television channel....... still feeling this wonderfull night
