Concert review
London Docklands Arena, London, UK - 6 April 2001

I think it is safe to say this IS the greatest tour ever!! In fact all these reviews could be done in one with just that one statement....but then again it kinda defeats the object of it all!!! ok where shalll we start?? the beginning of course!!(duh).

Well I kinda arrived early (usually do...just ask the ladies lol) I was there outside the venue by 1!!! and trust texas to be late......well shar still cam over to sign some autograps so I took the chance to give shar the little shar teddy bear I made(well made/bought) it was kinda cute wearing the in demand dress and having a little bandage on its wrist and a telecaster!! and when you squeeze it it went "tell me does my bum look big in this?" shar said she loved it so I was happy.!!

Back to the gig!! well I got in the best place....the front!! with a great view si I was sorted man!! Reef were ok as a support band (nice one!) but texas of course made the night, as usual they came on with Zero Zero before going into the usual set of songs (no doubt the other reviews would have told you!!) however there were changes, like Shars Elvis story.....being change dinto the offical Elvis fanclub seeing her that day thinking she was talking to Elvis in the afterlife??? mad hey......I mean Elvis?? John Lennon or Marvin Gaye would be more intreseting for a start lol, and then other changes like Waterfalls the TLC hit being placed into Al Greens classic Tired Of Being Alone, and of course So In Love With You being played!! a rare and excellent treat for us all!! and of course Shar was in good form, ripping the piss outta the loud mouthed blokes in the audience (calling them ugly lol) and the usual routine of getting the guy on stage this time with a FASHION CRISIS!! The fashion police had to step in afterwards I bet (this guy had bright orange trousers) as well as taking the piss outta his poor fashion dress he admitted to being shit in bed (mind you with those trousers on ......God help us) however it was a damn good laugh (no doubt at his expense), I've always wanted to get on stage like that but I ain't loud enough "O Shar get yer top off........sorry" thats what I would say lol! Well after all that fun our Ally came on stage again (who liked the guys trousers??? fame gets to us all lol) for a great performace of Prayer For You. Things then got back to normal and the usual set list started again.......and finsihed with Summer Son( by that time I had tos trip I was sweating badly and had to get my deodorant out) after screams.....the screams!! Texas came on with..........ELVIS???? to start off with Inner Smile.....and then Suspicous Minds!! (we do love that song) of course Texas went again......and people started to leave again.....but they returned to perform Say What You Want!" ... then ELVIS left the building.

Of course I waited to see them leave....but I had to go cos of a thing called the train!! but overall SUPERB!! I loved it and can't wait till the next time, till then
