Concert review
International Arena, Cardiff, Wales - 8 April 2001

Well,what can I say that hasn't been said before?Ok well let's have a go.We got to the Cardiff Int. Arena at 4 pm and thought about queueing but were so in need of a beer that the pub beckoned!

After a quick drink,and a bite to eat we made our way,by which time the queue was most definitely forming and it was pissing down too!

Got in and made our way swiftly forward,and were about 4 rows from the front,so not a bad view I must say. Reef were very good, but of course Texas were the reason for being there, as usual I was totally in awe of Shar (blush), but hey, what's new??! Loved the bit when Shar got 3 guys up to dance onstage, esp. the chap from Somerset when he was dancing(?) with her to Pull up to my Bumper, the whole audience was in stiches, poor Shar was being thrown about like a ragdoll and My!Did those hands wander,naughty boy! Well done for keeping on singing, Shar!!

Inner Smile was fantastic, Guitar Song sent shivers down my spine, everything was totally brilliant, apart from the 2 pissed-up girls having sex in front of us, chucking beer over about 10 people, and trying to ruin a lot of people's night.......hard to do when Sharleen is onstage,eh! Left at around 11pm, feet and arms totally knackered, but for a bloody good reason.....TEXAS!
Can't wait for next time.
